Behavior Analysts

Ross Naber is a school-based behavior analyst who has been with Level Up Applied Behavior Analysis Services since September of 2023. Ross received his Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Daemen University in 2021, has been a board certified behavior analyst since 2021, and became a licensed behavior analyst in 2023.

Ross began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 as a behavior technician. Since then, he has worked as a Behavior Consultant as well as an Educational Case-manager serving those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.  Ross has clinical experience working in a variety of settings such as providing services in-home, throughout the community, and in public and private schools. He has served individuals from the ages of 3 - 24 who exhibit challenging behaviors including aggression, self-injurious behavior, elopement, and disruptive behaviors.

Ross's favorite part of the job is teaching individuals new skills that can  foster further development, independence, and happiness in their lives as well as those of their family and friends.
