Behavior Analysts

Jerry Pucillo is the President and Founder of Level Up Applied Behavior Analysis Services. He became a board certified (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in 2015 after earning a master’s degree in special education from Buffalo State College (2012) and an advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida Institute of Technology (2015).

Jerry has worked extensively with children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities from ages 18 months through adulthood for over 10 years. His passion is working with children with disabilities that engage in severe problematic behaviors such as aggression and self-injurious behaviors. Throughout his career, Jerry has worked with children with disabilities in a variety of settings including schools, homes, group homes, clinics, respite programs, and community locations.

Prior to launching Level Up, Jerry has served as special education teacher, a behavioral support specialist, a clinical supervisor, a senior behavior analyst, and an interim clinical director. These experiences have provided Jerry with a deep knowledge base in applied behavior analysis which contributes to improving the life of those he serves.
